Biomedical engineering students take top prize at the College of Engineering Design Showcase

Biomedical engineering students, Chris Hemmerich and Anthony Paterno, along with three other members of the Maximus V LLC – Presh Technology design group, were recently awarded first place at the College of Engineering's Design Showcase held December 10 at the Bryce Jordan Center.
The event was the culmination of a semester-long effort by students to solve real-world challenges posed by industry sponsors and other clients. Participants included first-year students through seniors across multiple engineering disciplines.
